Is Pakistan fit for democracy?

We had seen that in the past more then 50 years Pakistan has a great fluctutation in their policitical leadership. PAkistan in this period have gone through all modes of leadership. Starting with democracy to civil martial law and military martila law. Pakistan had seen both forms of government which include Parlimentarian and Presidential form of governments.
It is seen that in the last more then 50 years Pakistan has not progressed as it could have been. But as seen from the history most of the major structural changes, major projects and major development took place at time of military government.
This could be seen from other prospective as usually the people who are elected (in democracracy system) are busy during their tenure to earn large sum of money which they had spent in getting them the post. In doing this the other elected and beauracats also fill their pockets. The other reason is that the people who come to the high elected position are those who are influentials being land-lords or having high power. So to have high votes by force.

As majority of the population of Pakistan is illetrate and are indirectly force by their feudal-lords people don't have the sense to vote. They neither understand the practical aspect of well-being and don't gave importance to education, health and proper economic development rather they go through to emotional aspect and want their short-term things to be fullfilled which might include availability of food (for the time in which the elected panel to stayed in government) and a tax-reduction through corrruption as their leaders are having their pockets already filled through governamnt accounts.
The other remaining literate people do not go for voting as they are already well-versed with the corruption material in the election process and are disappointed with the election system. Thus their have no faith in the system.

So it is to be made sure that the present form of government should be taken forward for atleast five to ten more years. As in this mesh system of local democracy and national accountability the nation will progress far better. And the system should only be transfered to complete parlimentary democratic government only when the literacy rate of the nation is exceded more then 90%. The Election Commission, Judicial System, Police, NAB , Arm forces and ISI is made completely corruption free and transparent. The major projects including Gwadar, Lyari Express Way, Karachi to India route, Progressive taxation and Resolving of Kashmir dispute is over. And last but not the least is complete freedom of Press
